Mohammad Yaqub Haidari, nominated as the minister of agriculture by President Ashraf Ghani, has been found in the most-wanted list of (International Criminal Police Organization) Interpol.
With his photo and further details published on the organization’s website, Haidari is accused of not paying his tax in Estonia, northeastern Europe.
The international police have asked in its website “If you have any information please contact.”
However, the minister-designate rejected the news as baseless, saying it is a political conspiracy against him.
But the Interpol office in Kabul has confirmed the news in a telephonic call to TOLOnews and said Haidari was going through the process to pay off his liabilities.
